JustBind

A little guidance

A little help, when you need it.

From your first card to the details you change later, here is how sharing with JustBind works.

Updated 26 October 2026

Create your first link

Sign in, add your business name, then choose Create a link. Enter a title and add a website destination, document, or contact details. Preview the page, save a private draft, or publish when you are ready.

Contacts are one type of content you can share. People opening a published link do not need an account. Event links, invitations, and engagement tracking are coming next.

Supported files and links

  • Documents: one PDF or Word (.docx) file per card, up to 5 MB. Visitors download it from the published page.
  • vCards: one UTF-8 .vcf contact in version 3.0 or 4.0, up to 256 KB. Import fills supported contact fields; review them before saving. Photos and unsupported fields are omitted.
  • Images: PNG, JPEG, or WEBP for a logo or photo, up to 2 MB.
  • Links: a complete website address starting with http:// or https://.

Phone and WhatsApp numbers need an explicit country code beginning with +. A link or document is enough to publish without a phone or email.

Choose what is visible

Draft: private until you publish. Published: available to anyone with the link. Paused: the page shows an unavailable message and stops downloads. Archived: hidden publicly and kept in your account.

Unarchive returns a card to paused; publish again to make it public. Pausing one card does not pause other cards. A downloaded copy cannot be recalled.

Update without reprinting

Edit a link, replace a document, or change the details, then confirm the update. The page URL and QR code stay the same. A paused or archived card stays hidden when you edit it.

Contacts and files already saved by visitors do not update automatically. They need to open your page and download the new version.

Download and test your QR code

After publishing, copy the public link or download the QR code as PNG or SVG. The print layout combines the code with your title and details.

Keep the white border around the code and test a printed copy with a phone before distributing it.

Questions about a shared page

If a page is unavailable or its details need correcting, contact the person or business that shared it. They control its publishing status and content.

Account support and a privacy contact have not yet been published for this development version. These details must be added before launch. Read our draft terms and privacy policy for the current limits.
