JustBind

Draft for review · Nigeria

Terms & conditions

A shared understanding of what you can publish, what stays in your control, and how sharing works.

Updated 26 October 2026

Before launch: the operator’s legal name and support/privacy contact are still to be added. These draft pages need review and completion before being used as final policies.

About the service

JustBind lets you create public pages for contact details, links, and documents, then share them through a link or QR code. This is a development version. Features described as coming soon, including event invitations and invitee analytics, are not currently available.

These are draft terms for a service intended to operate in Nigeria. The legal operator, contact address, effective date, and final dispute terms have not yet been supplied.

Your account

Keep access to your account secure and use it only for a business or content you are authorised to manage. You are responsible for reviewing information before you publish it and keeping it accurate.

Do not access another person’s account, impersonate someone, or try to bypass access controls.

What you share

Publish only content you own or have permission to share, including other people’s contact details, photographs, logos, and documents. You keep ownership of your content. Operating the service requires permission to store it and display or deliver it according to your publishing choices.

Do not use JustBind for unlawful material, fraud, phishing, malware, harassment, or infringement of other people’s rights.

Publishing and downloads

A published page and its attached document are available to anyone with the link. A visitor can forward the link or keep downloaded copies. A QR code points to the page; it does not restrict who may view it.

Updating a page keeps its existing link and QR code. It does not update contact details or documents that someone has already saved.

Pause, archive, and remove

Drafts are private. Pausing or archiving a card stops public access to its content and document downloads. Archived content remains stored; unarchiving returns the card to paused.

You can discard a never-published draft. Published cards cannot currently be permanently deleted through the editor. A discarded draft link can be given to someone else. These controls cannot recall a copy already downloaded.
